Manage Product Portfolio for NA, the selection, the new products specs, establish prices and budgets(growth and gross margin aligned with budget), market positioning for assigned products, and discontinuation of products.
Follow market needs and make sure that the right products for the NA market are being developed globally. Provide Feedback about the NA demands to the PM in Europe. Make sure that NA requirements are considered in the global product specification. Prepare a product development plan for designs in the US. Track the product development ensuring the product is being launched on time and on budget. Determine which products needs to be deleted from the product portfolio and phased out. Set prices, Gross Margin targets, and sales budgets for the new products.Coordinate product introduction plans with Marketing Communications (brochures, sample kits, sample presentations). Provide Sales Stories, applications and key features to Marketing Communications. Work closely with other departments to achieve product development and sales goals. Meet customers regularly. Support Sales of products with key designers and end users
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
