Acting as a resource to patients regarding orthodontic questions, explanation of insurance benefits and claims, account balances, and scheduling appointments.
Apply, monitor and coordinate insurance benefits.
Provide administrative support to the Orthodontist and team on the day to day activities of the office.
Possess excellent computer and communication skills.
