M-F;8a to 4p Task Assignments - Scanning personnel files ->Electronic filing to on-base ->then shredding Tracking and updating employee accruals Tracking and Updating Employee Anniversary list New Hires:
scheduling interviews, fingerprints, physicals, and orientation Organize and Run orientation and on-boarding process Draft and send employee related letters:
hiring, health care, etc Manage Retiree / PT Dental and Vision payments, Manage Retiree / PT Dental and Vision rate increases and annual letters/ remmitance slips Assist with Work Place scheduling Track active Covid-19 cases/quarantine Prepare seasonal orientation & day of Process Workplace invoices Process Dental and Vision Invoices Processing Bi-weekly Payroll Process and send payroll bi-weekly reports on monthly basis Process deferred comp reports Create payroll authorization labels for ED to sign off Prepare and Reconcile Monthly Bank Statements:
Revenue Fund, Flex, Payroll, A/P Upload GL payroll files Upload bi-weekly Accrual Reports to GTM drive Prepare Unemployment and Retirement wage requests Tracking Annual Training Acknowledgment forms and emergency Contact Updates, then scanning and filing to on-base Review and Update Yearly ACA 1094/1095C forms Quarterly Tax Reconciliation Review w-2's Processing yearly payouts Retirement enrollment Process for employees Retiring Health Benefits Enrollment/Changes/Termination If interested, please apply through this job post.
